They are back – Jack and Mac - music with a humorous twist. Following their sell-out Flanders and Swann Tribute in the National Concert Hall, Jack Morrissey and Brian McIvor (voices and piano) and guests are back at the Mill Theatre to poke fun at life’s absurdities and create musical madness. Some material comes from the pens of Flanders and Swann, Gilbert and Sullivan and Tom Lehrer; some is written by Jack and Mac. There may even be a few serious items! The show will feature some old favourites and new material.

Daria Pietryka was born in Poland. She decided to move to Ireland two years ago after graduating from Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. Through studies she began to develop personal process of analysing her surroundings and constructing metaphors and allegories of what she perceived. Fundamental part of her artwork is the exploration of human nature. She analyses solitude in terms of the single human being and in context of society. The atmosphere of her paintings is meditative and Daria emphasizes herself that she has to mellow out very much to paint.
