Oatlands College in association with Sion Hill present ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, a rock musical by composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman. Featuring a cast of 70 transition year students from both schools, ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ tells the tale of a hapless florist shop worker, Seymore Krelborn, who raises a plant that feeds on human blood! The musical includes several show stoppers including ‘Skid Row’, ‘Somewhere that’s Green’ and ‘Suddenly Seymour’.
The Mill is delighted to present ‘The Legend of Zocorro’ the sell-out 2009 Absolut Fringe Festival hit. Zocorro is a Spanish testosterone-fuelled Nanny who dreams of becoming the next Rose of Tralee. Zocorro tackles the giants of nannying Foxrock children, leprechauns and Ryanair. She will sacrifice love and bare whatever is necessary to achieve her goal: to be crowned the Rose of Tralee, and win the keys to the Volvo that come with it. Can a surprise random urine test shatter her dreams?

The resilient delicacy of natural structures is the focus of these images. They convey the wonderful strangeness of those tiny worlds so close to us and so much a part of the earth's life and yet, so alien. Eve had a very successful 2009, with shows including ‘Dragon eyes black’ Solo Exhibition, Café Moda, Rathmines, Dublin 6, 4th March – 4th July ‘Receipt for Life’ Solo Exhibition, Birr Theatre and Arts Centre, Co.
